The most popular of the horizontal junipers - blue rug is like a carpet of blue needles in any landscape. Hugs the ground - rarely gets more than 4" tall - outer stems are barely 2" tall. - but the plant can grow to 6 - 8' wide. Beautiful blue foliage. Prefers full sun. A wonderful groundcover.
